The Crystal Diskette
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
A surreal sorcery and cyberspace action adventure in a primitive neon colored Atari world. Designed and built by father + son team in Portland, OR.
Quick start:
- Esc / Enter / Click / gamepad O / B / RT - Main Menu
- WASD / arrows / gamepad right stick - Move
- Mouse / gamepad left stick - Move camera
Tips:
- Always craft potions! Running out usually means DEATH.
- Keep an eye on the green biomass meter. As biomass decreases, the world will get weird and unpredictable. If it reaches 0, the zone is lost! Keep an eye out for biomass generators to restore biomass and buy time.
- Failing a mission will have ripple effects to adjacent map locations - they will become CORRUPTED and more difficult. Similarly, completing a mission will have ripple effects as well - adjacent corrupted zones will become UN-CORRUPTED.

Really cool game! It's uncommon to see such a polished 3D game running on GM. I really look forward to seeing how this game evolves over time! Hey, by chance, do you have an email I can message? I actually have a few questions relating to your game.
Thanks! It was ... not simple to get it to work haha. Write to me here: pink.trapezoid [at] gmail
